Raiza is an experienced document preparation professional with a strong background in immigration-related processes and workflow optimization. Born in São Paulo, Brazil, she carries a rich multicultural heritage with Japanese and Italian roots. At the age of four, she immigrated to the United States with her mother This was a life-changing experience that shaped her deep commitment to supporting individuals navigating complex documentation needs.
With years of experience working alongside immigration professionals, Raiza brings a compassionate and detail-oriented approach to every client interaction. She is especially passionate about access to information and believes that everyone deserves clear, affordable, and respectful support when managing important paperwork.
Growing up undocumented in New Jersey, Raiza encountered numerous challenges, including language barriers, financial hardship, and the constant uncertainty of immigration status. Witnessing her single mother's relentless effort to build a better life inspired Raiza’s lifelong dedication to helping others facing similar obstacles. These formative experiences gave her a deep sense of empathy and a strong drive to make systems more accessible to those who need them most. Raiza holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations with a minor in Sociology from Florida International University, and completed an international field study in Political Science at Sciences Po Aix in France. Her passion for continuous learning led her to earn certifications including the AILA Paralegal Certificate, Exercising Leadership from Harvard University via edX, and Project Management Foundations from Google. Professionally, Raiza has led multidisciplinary teams, managed high-impact projects, and developed systems to improve organizational efficiency. Her expertise in process improvement and immigration-related documentation enables her to provide high-quality, personalized document preparation services to a diverse range of clients. Marielli Araujo
Marielli Araujo is an accomplished legal document preparer with over 15 years of experience in administrative and legal support roles. Her professional journey began in Brazil, where she pursued a law degree, inspired by her long-standing admiration for public service and law enforcement.
Motivated by personal growth and new opportunities, Marielli later relocated to the United States. Like many immigrants, she faced both challenges and successes that shaped her resilience and deepened her appreciation for the immigrant experience.
These experiences ultimately led to the founding of Concordia DPS LLC, a company dedicated to providing reliable, ethical, and affordable document preparation services.
Upon arriving in the U.S., Marielli worked in various roles—including domestic services—while studying English and adapting to her new environment. Her perseverance led her to earn an Associate of Science degree in Criminal Justice and complete specialized coursework in U.S. immigration procedures under the guidance of licensed professionals such as Dr. Clarissa Kallil, Esq. A turning point came when she returned to the legal support field as a paralegal, gaining hands-on experience assisting attorneys with a variety of immigration cases. While she does not provide legal advice or represent clients, Marielli is known for offering dependable document preparation services that help individuals manage immigration-related and administrative processes with greater clarity. Her approach is grounded in diligence, cultural sensitivity, and a strong commitment to ethical practices. At Concordia DPS, Marielli works closely with clients to prepare forms, gather supporting documentation, and ensure procedural accuracy—always within the boundaries of non-lawyer assistance. Her bicultural background and extensive experience make her especially attuned to the needs of immigrant families.
